We're a working band with paid gigs, our own rehearsal studio and a busy calendar. Right now we have two spots open.
What We Play
Pop, Funk, RnB, Soul and Jazz — danceable, groove-driven live music. Classics and modern hits in our own arrangements: a tight rhythm section, horns, layered vocals. Weddings, corporate events, private parties and venues.
The material is demanding but nothing outrageous — you should be comfortable holding your part inside a full band and keeping the groove without a click.
Open Positions
Two roles, both filled as soon as the right person turns up.
Keyboard Player
The keys are the glue in our arrangements — pads, comping, organ and Rhodes, horn and synth lines. You get plenty of freedom in how you voice it all.
- Confident comping in Funk, Soul and RnB; a feel for jazz harmony
- You can lift parts off a recording and play from chord charts
- Your own instrument and sounds (organ, Rhodes, piano, pads, synth leads)
- Backing vocals are a bonus, not a requirement
Female Vocalist (Substitute)
You step in when our lead vocalist can't take a date — which means knowing the programme, coming to rehearsals and being ready to front the show.
- Strong live vocals in Pop, Soul and RnB; confident on stage
- You know our programme and can take a gig on fairly short notice
- You come to rehearsals even when no gig of yours is coming up
- You can carry a room — the vocalist is the face of the whole show
What We Offer
Paid gigs
We're a working band, not a hobby project. Weddings, corporate events, private parties and venues — every gig is paid, and the fee is split fairly.
Cozy studio in Sikupilli
Our own warm rehearsal room in Sikupilli, Tallinn, with the backline set up and ready. No hauling gear across town, no booking rooms by the hour.
A ready repertoire
Arrangements, setlists, recordings and charts already exist. You get the material up front and know exactly what to learn.
Real promotion
Photo and video shoots, an active website and social media, and a steady flow of booking inquiries — you're in a band that people actually see.
What We Expect
Nothing unusual — but we take these seriously, because a working band lives or dies by them.
Be responsive
When a gig inquiry comes in, we need a quick answer: free on that date or not. That's all it takes — but it has to come fast. Bookings are lost to silence more often than to anything else.
Rehearse at least once a week
We meet at the Sikupilli studio at least once a week, and more often before a bigger show. Come with your part already learned — rehearsal is for playing together, not for learning the song.
Good work ethic
On time, prepared, sober on stage, careful with the gear, decent with clients. We do a lot of corporate and wedding work, and people book us again for how we carry ourselves as much as for how we play.
Take part in promotion
Photo and video shoots, content for social media, sharing our posts in your own circle. Promotion is the whole band's job — it's what brings in the gigs that pay all of us.
